If you are a fan of cardamom, then you will love this, especially with the creamy, peppery finish. The Sydney Cider Spritz Cocktail is one of the finest summer drinks to hit bars in Australia. While it looks brilliant in the glass, the taste will transport you with a soft creamy entry directly followed by juniper and hints of white pepper.

Ingredients
- 20ml Ironbark gin
- 30ml Oscar 697
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 60ml Sydney Cider
Method
Open Sydney Cider using EndoBlade. Use C-Press to squeeze fresh lemon juice. Use a ProFlow pourer and BarJigX to measure all ingredients into a high ball glass. Add ice and stir well using ProPaddle.
Garnish
For a fresh summer look, use Tweezers to garnish with sliced orange.
