Sydney Cider Spritz
INGREDIENTS
- 20mL Ironbark Gin
- 30mL Oscar 697
- 20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10mL Sugar Syrup
- 60mL Sydney Cider
METHOD
Use the ProFlow™ pourer and the BarJigX™ to accurately measure the Gin, Oscar 697, Lemon juice and Sugar syrup into an highball glass. Top with Sydney cider and stir with a ProPaddle™.
GARNISH
Garnish with sliced oranges using the Long Tweezer.
