Sydney Cider Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 20mL Ironbark Gin
  • 30mL Oscar 697
  • 20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10mL Sugar Syrup
  • 60mL Sydney Cider

        METHOD

        Use the ProFlow pourer and the BarJigX™ to accurately measure the Gin, Oscar 697, Lemon juice and Sugar syrup into an highball glass. Top with Sydney cider and stir with a ProPaddle™.

        GARNISH

        Garnish with sliced oranges using the Long Tweezer.
