ProFlow™ 2 Year Limited Warranty
Überbartools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. warrants your black or chrome ProFlow™ Speed Pourer (The Product) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. However to activate this warranty customer/user must register each individual delivery purchase by clicking here.
If you discover a defect in the product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item(s). Note: For the warranty to apply the customer must use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's care instructions. Download care instructions here (PDF format).
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorised modification, improper storage or cleaning. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement, such as the separate collar/corks, dust covers, snap on measures and air regulators.
Limits of Liability
Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damage resulting from any failure of this product. Damages excluded, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Überbartools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, which does not exceed the current list price of The Product as reflected on our price list and excludes all taxes, shipping and handling charges. Überbartools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied. By installing or using The Product, the user accepts all terms describe herein.
Voiding the Warranty
Washing The Product in dish or glass washers and/or high water temperatures and/or cleaning with aggressive chemicals immediately voids this warranty.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer/user. The cost of shipping to the manufacturer, or authorised repair centre or payment of any customs clearance fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer/user. Überbartools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd reserves the right to reject any claim received and/or has the right to dispose The Product, the subject of the of rejected claim, unless the customer/user pays for all handling and return costs. The proper jurisdiction covering this warranty in the law as provided from time to time in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
