Terms and Conditions

1. This warranty is limited to Boston/Toby Tins manufactured from 2022 onwards.
2. Only Boston/Toby Tins bearing the production date stamp on the base will be accepted for replacement.
3. Pictures or documentation of the product that came off the base must be emailed to us for verification and processing.
4. Faulty products are not required to be returned unless requested.
5. Customers may request a different coloured replacement on a plated Boston/Toby tin only.
6. Product replacement is free, however, freight and handling costs must be covered by the claimant.
7. Once freight and handling fees are received, replacement(s) will be dispatched within 5 business days. Tracking details will be provided at the time.
