Terms and Conditions
- This warranty is limited to Boston/Toby Tins manufactured from 2022 onwards.
- Only Boston/Toby Tins bearing the production date stamp on the base will be accepted for replacement.
- Pictures or documentation of the product that came off the base must be emailed to us for verification and processing.
- Faulty products are not required to be returned unless requested.
- Customers may request a different coloured replacement on a plated Boston/Toby tin only.
- Product replacement is free, however, freight and handling costs must be covered by the claimant.
- Once freight and handling fees are received, replacement(s) will be dispatched within 5 business days. Tracking details will be provided at the time.
