INGREDIENTS

  • 60 mL Eagle Rare Single Barrel
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 30 mL Sweet Vermouth

METHOD

Use the ProFlow™ pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Eagle Rare Single Barrel and Sweet Vermouth into a Urai™ Mixing Glass. Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters as well as ice and stir well. Double Strain into a cocktail glass using a Juliep and a Snub Nose strainer.

GARNISH

Garnish with cherries.
