Green Apple Collins
INGREDIENTS
- 30 mL Applewood gin
- 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 mL Monin Apple Syrup
- 60 mL Fever Tree Lemon Tonic
METHOD
Use the ProFlow™ pourer, and ProMegJig™ and to accurately measure the Gin, Lemon juice and Apple syrup into a MShaker™ . Strain into a tall cocktail glass using StrainRay™, add crushed ice and stir well with the ProStirrer™.Top up with Lemon tonic using the Endoblade™ to open the bottle.
GARNISH
Use a Long Tweezer to garnish Apple slices and a Mint sprig.
