Green Apple Collins


  • 30 mL Applewood gin
  • 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 mL Monin Apple Syrup
  • 60 mL Fever Tree Lemon Tonic


Use the ProFlow™ pourer, and ProMegJig and to accurately measure the Gin, Lemon juice and Apple syrup into a MShaker . Strain into a tall cocktail glass using StrainRay, add crushed ice and stir well with the ProStirrer.Top up with Lemon tonic using the Endoblade to open the bottle.


Use a Long Tweezer to garnish Apple slices and a Mint sprig.
