INGREDIENTS

  • 30 mL Rittenhouse Rye
  • 30 mL Meukow VSOP Cognac
  • 30 mL Sweet Vermouth
  • 5 mL Benedictine
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

METHOD

Use the ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Rittenhouse Rye, Meukow VSPO Cognac and Sweet Vermouth into a Urai™ Mixing Glass. Add 1 spoon of Benedictine using the ProStirrer™ as well as 2 dashes of Agnostura Bitters and 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters.  Add ice, stir well and strain into a glass with the BarRay.

GARNISH

Garnish with a Lemon peel.
