INGREDIENTS
- 30 mL Rittenhouse Rye
- 30 mL Meukow VSOP Cognac
- 30 mL Sweet Vermouth
- 5 mL Benedictine
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
METHOD
Use the ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Rittenhouse Rye, Meukow VSPO Cognac and Sweet Vermouth into a Urai™ Mixing Glass. Add 1 spoon of Benedictine using the ProStirrer™ as well as 2 dashes of Agnostura Bitters and 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters. Add ice, stir well and strain into a glass with the BarRay™.
GARNISH
Garnish with a Lemon peel.
