Sloe Gin Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 45 mL Hayman's Sloe Gin
- 15 mL Lemon Juice
- 15 mL Sugar Syrup
- Fever Tree Soda Water
METHOD
Pour 45 mL of Hayman's Sloe Gin and 20 mL of lemon juice into M Shaker™ filled with crushed ice, carefully measuring with a ProMegJig™. Add 1 spoon of sugar syrup using the ProStirrer™. With the C-Press extract 30 mL of lime juice into the ProMegJig™ and add into the M Shaker. Shake well and strain into a tall cocktail glass using the BarRay™.
GARNISH
Garnish with a lemon Wedge.
