INGREDIENTS

  • 30 mL Beefeater 24 Gin
  • 30 mL Campari
  • 30 mL Carpano Classico Vermouth
  • 20 mL Italicus

METHOD

Use the ProFlow™ pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Beefeater Gin ,Campari, Carpano Classico Vermouth and Italicus into a Urai™ Mixing Glass with ice. Stir well using the ProStirrer™ and strain into glass with the BarRay.

GARNISH

Garnish with an orange peel.
