Negroni

The Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail made from Campari, gin and vermouth, then garnished with orange. This drink is considered an aperitif.

By tradition, the bartender never shakes the Negroni, rather they stir over ice in a mixing glass, then strain into an old fashioned or rock glass.

The origin of this unique beauty might not be 100% certain, but some say that it was first mixed in Florence, Italy in 1919 at the Caffe Casoni, formerly known as Caffe Giacosa.

Enjoy a Negroni with friends and family as you watch the sun set, just like the Italians do.
