INGREDIENTS

  • 30 mL Hayman's Old Tom
  • 20 mL Martini Rosso
  • 5 mL Luxardo Maraschino
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

METHOD

Use the ProFlow™ pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Hayman's Old Tom and Martini Rosso into a Urai™ Mixing Glass. Using the ProPaddle™ measure 1 spoon of Luxardo Maraschino into the mixing glass. Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters as well as ice and stir well. Strain with a Juliep into a coupé glass.

GARNISH

Garnish with an orange twist.
