INGREDIENTS

  • 45 mL Starward Nova
  • 15 mL Creme de Cassis 
  • 30 mL Lemon Juice
  • 10 mL Sugar Syrup
  • 10 mL Egg White

          METHOD

          Use the ProFlow™ pourer and the ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Starward Nova, Creme de Cassis, Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice and egg white (use the C-Press to squeeze the lime) into a M-Shaker™ strainer. Using a BarRay and a Snub Nose strainer, double stain contents into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice

          GARNISH

          Garnish with skewered berries using the BarPick Ball.
