Skinny Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 mL Naked Wines Hears and Bones Margaret SBS by Stuart Pym
  • 15 mL Cape Grim Lemon Myrtle Honey Vodka
  • 10 mL Lime Juice
  • 10 mL Lemon Grass Syrup
  • Top up with Soda Water

METHOD

Use the ProFlow pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Vodka, Lime Juice, Lemon Grass Syrup into a wine glass with ice. Add the Naked wines Hearts and Bones. Stir with a ProPaddle™.

GARNISH

Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with a Lemon Grass Straw.
