Naked and Famous

INGREDIENTS

  • 90 mL Naked Sparkling Wine
  • 15 mL Rose Vermouth
  • 10 mL Lemon Juice
  • 10 mL Peach syrup

METHOD

Add wine into a flute glass. Use the ProFlow™ pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Rose Vermouth, lemon juice (use the C-Press to squeeze the lemon) and peach syrup into the glass. Add ice and stir well using the ProStirrer™.

GARNISH

Garnish with raspberries using the ProTweezer™.
