INGREDIENTS

  • 75mL Naked Wines My Other Self Shiraz by Gary Stokes
  • 15 mL Bitter Orange Aperitif
  • Top up with Soda Water

METHOD

Use the BarFlow™ pourer, the ProMegjig™ to accurately measure the Wine, Bitter Orange into a tall wine glass. Stir with a ProTrident™.

GARNISH

Garnish with Long Tweezer skewered blackberries using the BarPick Ball.
