Aviation Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 mL Aviation Gin
  • 60 mL Rosé Wine
  • 30 mL Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 60 mL Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water

METHOD

Use the ProFlow™ pourer and the BarJigX™ to accurately measure the Gin, Rosé Wine and Pink Grapefruit Juice into a tall Glass. Add crushed ice using the Juliep™ and top up with Soda Water.

GARNISH

Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with some flowers and mist Orange Blossom Water with the JetMister.
