Ben Davidson's twist on the Tom Collins, swaps out the usual gin for Saké. It's accented with elderflower cordial and lengthened with soda water and freshly pressed Granny Smith apple juice, for a simple and refreshing drink.
- 60ml Four Fox Saké
- 10ml Monin Elderflower Cordial
- 30ml Cloudy apple juice
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 90ml Fever Tree soda water
Use your ProFlow and ProMegJig to measure the saké into a highball glass. Add cordial using a ProStirrer, top with soda water and use your C-Press to add freshly squeezed apple juice. Stir well and crown with ice.
Use tweezers to garnish with edible flowers and mint.
