While the weather's still warm, why not enjoy this delicious, simple to make, summery cocktail from Ben Davidson?
Ingredients
- 30ml Manly Spirits Dry Gin
- 30ml St Germain
- Half a passionfruit
- 5ml Orange blossom water
- 100ml Fever Tree Tonic
Method
- Add all ingredients to a large wine glass, stir and build up with ice.
- Top up with tonic.
Garnish
Garnish with edible flowers or a pink grapefruit slice.
