It’s said that the Bacardi Swizzle dates back to the 18th century. Today, it is referred to as Bermuda's national drink, because it is believed to have been invented in Bermuda way before the modern definition of the popular cocktail. A staple in Bermuda’s bars and restaurants, Bacardi Rum shines in cocktails with the other ingredients to make this swizzle, so mix it up, kick back and relax.
Ingredients
- 45ml Bacardi white rum
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 15ml Monin Falernum
Method
Use a ProFlow pourer and ProMegJig to measure all ingredients into a sturdy high ball glass, then swizzle with a LuxSwizz. Use a Juliep strainer to add a scoop of ice and crown with crushed ice.
Garnish
