Solstice Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Grey Goose
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 20ml Monin Tropical Island Syrup
  • 10ml Egg-white

METHOD

Use the BarFlow pourer and the BarJigX™ to accurately measure the Vodka, Lemon Juice, Orange juice and Tropical island syrup into a MShaker. Add crushed ice and 1 Egg white and shake. Fine strain with the Snub nose strainer into a double old fashioned glass with a large cube of ice.

GARNISH

Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with some flowers.
