Solstice Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Grey Goose
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 20ml Monin Tropical Island Syrup
- 10ml Egg-white
METHOD
Use the BarFlow™ pourer and the BarJigX™ to accurately measure the Vodka, Lemon Juice, Orange juice and Tropical island syrup into a MShaker™. Add crushed ice and 1 Egg white and shake. Fine strain with the Snub nose strainer into a double old fashioned glass with a large cube of ice.
GARNISH
Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with some flowers.
