Shiraz Negroni

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 ml Campari
  • 20 mL Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
  • 60 mL Barossa Shiraz
  • 10 mL Monin Blueberry Syrup

      METHOD

      Use the ProFlow pourer and the ProMegJig to accurately measure the Campari, Shiraz gin, Shiraz and Blueberry syrup into an Urai Glass. Stir with a ProTeardrop then strain into a cocktail glass with a BarRay™.

      GARNISH

      Garnish with skewered blueberries using the BarPick Ball.
