INGREDIENTS

  • 60 mL Federation Gin
  • 15 mL Sim pole Syrup
  • 7 mL Lime Juice
  • 7 mL Lemon Juice
  • Top up with Soda Water

METHOD

Squeeze fresh Lime and Lemon juice with C-Press into tall glass. Use the ProFlow pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Gin, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice and Sim pole Syrup into a tall glass with ice. Top up with Soda water and stir with a ProStirrer™.

GARNISH

Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with a thyme sprig and a lemon wheel.
