Lemon Butter Martini


  • 40mL Cape Grim 666 Butter vodka
  • 20mL Lemoncello
  • 10mL fresh lemon juice


Use a ProFlow pourer and BarJigX to measure all ingredients into a Urai cocktail glass and stir using a Bar Spoon. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass usin StrainRay and Snub Nose strainer.


For a fresh summer look, use Tweezers to garnish with lemon peel twist.
