Bourbon Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 mL Buffalo Trace
  • 30 mL Lime Juice
  • 25 mL Sugar Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

METHOD

Pour the Buffalo Trace, Lime Juice (squeeze with the C-Press™) and Sugar Syrup into a M Shaker using the ProMegJig™. Add the egg white and 2 dashes of Angostura as well as ice and shake well. Strain into a glass using the BarRay™

GARNISH

Garnish with a lemon wedge and cherry.
