Whip Lash

INGREDIENTS

• 60 mL Upshot Whiskey
• 30 mL Lemon Juice
• 10 mL Egg White
• 15 mL Maple Syrup

METHOD

Use the ProFlow™ pourer and ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Upshot Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Egg White and maple syrup into a Boston and Toby Tin set with ice. Shake well and double strain into an old fashioned glass using the BarRay™ and Snub Nose strainer. Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with a Cinnamon stick.
