Blackberry Fix

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 mL Starward Whisky
  • 15 mL Sloe Gin
  • 30 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 mL Monin Blackberry Syrup

METHOD

Use the BarFlow™ Fashion pourer, BarJigX™ and the ProTrident™ to accurately measure the Whisky, Gin, Lemon juice and Backberry Syrup into the M Shaker. Strain into a rock glass with a StrainRay and top with crushed ice.

GARNISH

Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with some sliced lemon, mint sprig and seasonal berries.
