May 27, 2018

Melbourne Mule cocktail recipe

Ben Davidson's recipe uses local flavours, including coffee vodka, to give a twist to the traditional Moscow Mule.

  • 30ml 666 St Ali Coffee Vodka
  • 30ml Campari
  • 10ml Monin Pink Grapefruit Syrup
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 100ml Capi Ginger Beer

Use your BarFlow and ProMegJig to measure the vodka and Campari into a tall glass. Then measure the syrup with a ProPaddle. Add the lime juice and top with ginger beer, stir and build up with ice.

Use tweezers to garnish with a lime wheel.
