Green Apple Collins is loved by anyone who prefers a clean cocktail with a perfect balance of citrus and Australian spice. Soft on the juniper and with a balanced mouth feel and flavour, it’s a real crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 30ml Applewood Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Monin Apple Syrup
- 60ml Fever Tree Lemon Tonic
Method
Use a ProFlow pourer and ProMegJig to measure all ingredients into M Shaker and shake with ice. Strain using StrainRay to a tall glass filed with ice. Use EndoBlade to open Fever Tree bottle. Stir well using ProStirrer.
Garnish
